The soba making experience is popular among Japanese people. Soba is one of Japan's traditional foods, and making your own soba is a great way to experience that culture. In the soba making experience, you can learn the process of making dough from buckwheat flour and rolling and cutting the noodles. Through the soba making experience, you can experience Japanese food culture and traditions.

The flow of the soba making experience

① Mix buckwheat flour

② Roll out the soba

④ Sample soba noodles made by yourself and tempura made by artisans

The actual soba making experience time will be around 30 minutes. After that, it was a tasting, and everything took time

Everything will be over in around 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Even small children can easily and enjoy making soba noodles.

*Regarding inquiries, we operate as a handmade soba restaurant during lunchtime, so we may not be able to respond to inquiries on the same day.
