This experience is specially prepared for travelers who want to experience authentic Japanese food culture while having dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, halal, etc.

Using high-quality buckwheat flour from Hokkaido, we make traditional handmade juwari soba. Experienced instructors will carefully support each and every step of the way, from pouring water to the process of rolling out the dough and cutting soba noodles.

After making the soba, you can enjoy freshly fried tempura along with the soba you made yourself. Gluten-free rice flour is used for the tempura batter, and only vegetable tempura is offered to vegetarians.
